Hi all,
I've had the CTH8550 for about 12 months now and am very happy with it.
I've always used Siltech princess xlr interconnect and am wondering if anyone has found any benefit using Rca instead.
Unfortunately my dac won't accept Bnc so that's ruled out.
If anyone has done the comparison I would be grateful to hear the findings.
Kind regards

An XLR balanced input is always better than an RCA unbalanced input. (even with an unbalanced output)
At least at the theoretical level. But in the real world with cables less than 3 meters (10 feet) long, then no difference.

On the CTH, the RCAs are preferred, and unless your DAC was truly balanced, I'd go for the RCAs there.

Thank you Asiufy!
