Wouldn't it make a lot more sense if the U.S. government stopped allowing companies like Wiley to screw the American consumer? No...I guess that would be big gummit hindering free enterprise. Big business preventing me from competing with them on ebay? That would be freedom. Man, we got a screwy point of view developing in America.

Would such a law be enforceable .. Wouldn't it really conduct to a state of mass disobedience? We in the USA are approaching the nonsensical ..

First it was the corporation granted rights to buy votes ..Now we need their permission to sell our own stuff .. Back to feudalism? Is that the future envisioned by the right?
 
If they make that law it would be one of the dumbest decisions of all time! It would ruin the economy.
