Totally agree with you that grounding is the holy grail of top notch sound. Happy to conclude we belong to the same group of ‘audio preachers’:).

+10

Try the larger cables...they don't need to be expensive. I think those that do will be rewarded greatly.

An interesting discovery :
During the The 6th AudioExotics Super Hiend Audio Gala in Hong Kong, 7-8 July 2018, IMO the room with Goebel Divin Noblesse speakers was the highlight of the Show.

Chris of Audioexotics used two Trinity Power Filters (white colour box & black colour box) and a Troy Elite in this room :

However, Dalby ground cables were used with the Troy Elite. hehe

I mentioned somewhere in WBF before that the Dalby Audio ground cables should be considered by Troy users.

You feel the Trinty power conditioner has no benefits in your system? It seems that the conditioner is heavily filtered according to the website. Do you feel it kills dynamics?

No benefit. My system was all tube. Maybe with SS it would be so good like they rave in AEforum. But it took the life out of my system. Super quiet yes..but very dry and lifeless. I traded it back for Dalby Celestial ground wires.

Kind regards,
Tang

This one i have to go other route from Tang. If you use digital then this AC conditioner is very good for all front end.

Trinity components users must employ some power filters and the two Trinity Power Filters/Conditioners may be the best matches.

It's because most Trinity components contain internal switching powersupply modules the noise of which may cause cross-contamination in the audio system.

I also have a Pranawire Linebacker XE and a JMF Transport if you are interested Hieukm. My interest is gone on digital and my wife no longer listens to disc.

Best regards,
Tang

As mentioned earlier, Dave, in the first few hours the Emperor mk ii ground cable gives you some idea how incredible good the sound is going to be. Then prepare for a rather long and unpleasant burning in period. Only after this period the ‘Anaconda’ will shine in full glory. Have fun (during the first few hours).

It took me awhile to figure out how to secure the Emperor MKii. It is unlike any cable I’ve seen, it is dense and has a weight to it I wasn’t prepared for. From the first note, the difference was unmistakable. Fleshed out tones are so natural and guitar string plucks jump out with an impact I haven’t heard in my system. Much more energy and emotion to familiar music. Bass is so well defined it is easier to hear different drums with much more impact and believability. Acoustic instruments feel like they are in the room in such a way it becomes hard to tell myself it’s stereo music. It’s day 2 and I’ve heard some of what the Emperor MKii brings to the table and know it’s just the beginning. It’s the real deal, more to come.

It is the effect we all seem to share when better cables are connected to this magic box. I hear the same. The vibrancy of acoustic guitar is just ... almost real. Bass and mid band become very articulate..etc. just better effect of groundings. My cables seem easier to handle though. They are not heavy and stiff.

Kind regards,
Tang

Argh this ground cable thing is also killing me. Dalby and Tripoint thicker cable definately interesting for crucial position like pre + source(digital only) + DAC.

I have not seen tremendous benefit on speaker crossover + amps but there is some report otherwise.

From what i gather, the return from 2nd Elite is pretty big.

Since you sir like to do mix and match, I have three Dalby Celestial for you at a discount if you would like.

Tang :D
