Run55... please post pictures. Love to see those Oris. ALSO... I just spoke to Bert (BD-Design) yesterday and have on order the Orphean M5 horns. I want to swap them into my system substituting for my Oris-150's. I have become enchanted with the mid/highs of the JBL-4367 concentric compression drivers and want to give the Orphean a go.

My LAMMs are my clear favourite................the UR are something I use from time to time (with the Stradivaris) and will always keep, being left over from a different setup.
The amps I use with the 0/96s are Line Magnetic LM 518iA, Viva Audio Solistino, Almarro A318B, Cary CAD 300SE Signatures (probably the Cary to go soon).

I have used during long time differents power amps based on 300B SE or 300B PP. But 3 years ago I sold all 300B power amps and now I am using Allnic A-8000, this is SE version of KR T-1610 with 50W X Ch to drive my Tannoy Autograph Silver Monitors 15". Please note attached picture.
At this moment I do not have any 300B Amp, but still, have WE-300A and WE-300B collection. I have 8 pcs of WE-300A, 2 pcs of WE-300B engraved base + 2 pcs of 300B printed base dated 1947 with several WE-274B engraved base. So my idea is to have someday another power amp using 300B SE or PP. I have used during a long time several WE-91B replicas, but finally, I give up. WE-310 is not good valve for me. You have only a good midrange, the high freq Extention is not so flat, the definition of base is also complicated. I have used during some time Tango trans, but for my taste, Japanese Tango is a little dry, also I have used UK vintage Partridge, good mid-range, more liquid sound than Tango but not good high freq extension, etc... KR-1610 is a much more powerful, much more flat extension of high and low freq. But this is over-powerfull power amp for old vintage Tannoy... As I have valuable and rare 300A and 300B, I'd like to built or purchase the best possible power amp for these vales. Any suggestion??

Have you also compared your Allnic 8000 amp to the "original" T1610 amps, the Kronzilla amps from KR Audio?
I'm really curious about the differences between the Allnic T1610 amps and the Kronzillas...

Unfortunately no. Allnic produced several pcs of A-10000, -this is T1610 Single Parallel- but produced only a few qty of A-8000, T1610 SE version. I can see that you are using Silvaweld SWC 1000R! This is former Pre Amp made by Mr. Park of Allnic. Also I used this Pre several years ago.

I compared Allnic 6000 which is their 300b amp so the KR va 200. The detailed notes are here. http://zero-distortion.org/soulution-pre-kr-va-200/

That said, it was a completely different speaker (Avalon compass diamonds). We then compared integrated kronzilla to the 20w silvercore 833c and preferred the latter for smaller scale classical and jazz as it did better nuance and tone. The kronzilla was more exciting from a bass and stage viewpoint. This was on vintage Tannoy HPD 315a However the Tannoy silver are even more sensitive and 16 ohms as opposed to 8. I would love to hear them.

So you will be best with smaller tubes like 300b and 2a3 sub 20w. As you already have the WE 300b, the ideal person to advise you will be JC Morrison of Silbatone. He has designed many amps with vintage WE tubes and also advises on non Silbatone products if you can get hold of him.

Pity that you didn't listen to the Kronzillas because hey are awesome but also pity that I haven't been able to listen to the T1610 Allnic amps (apart from once at the Munich High End show).
I fun fact though is that Blumendorfer (horn speakers) demoed with probably your Amps years ago and I really liked what I heard from the system back then.
But this year Blumendorfer demoed again with KR Audio Kronzilla and I liked it a lot
I know that Silvaweld's Mr. Parks new outfit is Allnic.
I have only heard the Silvaweld preamps and phonos and they are both excellent, but unfortunately never heard on of his Amps...
What preamp are you using now?

I have two systems. One is Vintage based on Tannoy Autograph with Allnic T-1610 SE and the Pre Amp is Allnic L-8000. I have two phono amps, one is Allnic H-5000. All Allnic amps were deeply modified. The second phono eq is the original EMT-139ST integrated on EMT-927 TT.
The second system is based on Wilson Alexx with Krell Evo-1 and Evo-2. Both systems share analog sources.
It is possible, I'd like your opinion between KR and Lamm powers.

Many tks for your kind feedback. I read with great interest your post in ZD specially the performance of Solution 720. Clearly Allnic T1610 are overpowered for Tannoy... I have to go for 300B or 2A3 SE solution...
