    The 12.5 inches must be feet? I would turn the speakers so they are directly pointing at you with equal distance to the rear wall. 3 feet to the rear is about what mine are. The SCV's are a big step up from the 4's especially in the bottom end.

    I must be the craziest Dunlavy guy here. I have 4 HRCC1's, 5 sets of SCV's. 4 sets of SCIV's, two sets of SC3's and a bunch of smaller versions. Also have closet full of brand new drivers. Oh I almost forgot two sets of Subwoofers with 4 12 inch drivers. Forget the model number

    I think the Dynavector XV1T is the best but it is a lot of cash. Just upgrades from an XV1S and there is a wirld of difference. I have had Benz and VanDenhul as well.
