So I figure I will start a new topic about them, as I didn't find something substantial to piggyback on.
recently got into Tapes and got a little crazy and bought from all over... some titles i always wanted to hear on master tape and others with new music and recordings that i could evaluate properly before i will keep buying them...

till now got some fairly amount from dear Jonatahan at IPI, analog production, chasing the dragon, Reel to reel heaven, Horch house, evan from tone pearl (myles list were a big help) and eventually also from Hemiolia as i was so excited to see some of the world famous title there are. KOB, sketches blue train, GO, and others. I also ordered some others from their catalog with local Italian musicians to get the real idea behind them and not only for dubbing.
the order was taken by Cloudio and was fulfilled in less than a week, was delivered by DHL EXPRESS and got over in two days! 3 boxes with 6 titles.

As we mentioned before, they are not cheap, at least their dubbing for the known titles but it seems they got a second gen of them from France - Ermitage, and they are doing 1 to 1 copy from them on a couple of Otari decks.

for now, I listen to just one reel from the bunch, that was their own recording, a guitar trio. The sound is absolutely great! a lot of drive, vividness and life like recording as it should!
I will evaluate the KOB and Blue train I also got soon and report back. For now i can say the product itself is top notch. The covers, boxes, reels, art and everything around feel very luxurious and well produced.IMG_7320.jpg
