Very nice arms Mike, my wooden Scheu arm looks like a toy compared to those 12-inchers! :)

i think the wooden Scheu is an elegant looking tonearm. i do somewhat agree with mep that longer arms look better than shorter ones. i think the finish quality of the Telos, the materials used and the long wooden arm wand do make it look quite imposing and very purposful. it sounds pretty good too.

Most 9" arms look like toys compared to 12" arms.

I agree, and though I design with metals, I always try to incorporate them in such a way that they don't impart a sonic signature. They all tend to be one step removed, or limited in their contact. PVD nitriding has come a long way, and it is beneficial in this regard.

that seems about the right approach to me. it's no accident your Saskia is such a wonderful tt. again; i'd love to hear it with a Telos at some point....gotta be a magical match.

19.5 K ! Suckers... Looks like a wood back scratchier .

New DJ paradigm: scratch the record then scratch your back, would sound gnarly.
