I personally am quite happy there is an alternative on this planet to the US " propaganda " news.

Completely agree & I find it a good idea to read opposing/broader views rather than stay in the echo chamber

If certain agencies dont have an enemy they have no or less reason to exist , jobs /careers etc Money

It's not the agencies that matter - it's giving the people a common enemy that matters for lots of reasons
