I don't no if this forum is to upscale for me but i'm on a budget and i like this receiver and i like to learn how to get it going again the fuse in the back keeps blowing when its switched on anybody got experience with these i work on vintage cars an the electronics seem easy old cars don't have boards and caps & transistors i tried audiokarma no luck i guess they don't want to talk to me because i don't have a five hundred thousand dollar marantz
 
Hi - it's hard to tell what's wrong just through your description.
There's obviously a short-circuit somewhere upstream, but the very best thing you can do (IMO) is visit your neighbourhood technician / repairman.
It could be something simple - but you need to take it to a pro to check it out. (BTW, Marantz ain't that expensive nowadays ;))
