We are in Aruba celebrating our anniversary. Before we left Los Angeles the weather forecasts we could find advertised 10 days straight of cloudiness and no sun. Fortunately the forecasts were wrong, and it has been entirely sunny or partly sunny every single day.

Aruba is one of the Caribbean protectorates of The Netherlands, and Tinka is having fun speaking Dutch with the locals.

Our hotel is hosting an awards event for a large group of Home Depot executives. We crashed the opening dinner event for drinks.

Congratulations Ron. I recommend a restaurant called Barefoot on the Beach. Candle lit tables on the sand next to the ocean. Great food and very romantic.
