Let me take this opportunity to remind everyone.
If you receive an order through delivery and the package is damaged in any way, DO NOT ACCEPTIT. IT'S NOT YOUR PROBLEM. THAT IS AMATTER BETWEEN THE CARRIER AND THE MANUFACTRUER/DISTRIBUTOR.
That is the only way to avoid the inevitable swearing contest that will result as to whose fault it is.
I know you cannot wait to get your hands on that coveted piece of equipment. You want to avoid the inevitable headaches that come with opening the package and then trying to prove who damaged it.

One of the best pieces of advice around. When you accept a damaged package it's way more difficult to pursue potential insurance. Especially, since you are not a side in this argument. It's between the carrier and the sender. I've heard lots of stories like that, but no issue with refusing the package.
