Some 1" African bubinga being machined into custom horns.

Here is how they go together with the CNC billet aluminum vanes. They will actually bolt together with inserts in the top half of the horn for the bolts to thread into.

The final configuration. The speakers are JBL C50 Olympus, then the custom 2397 horns and topped off with some JBL 2405 tweeters. With custom crossover, they sound sublime.
