Unfortunately that's not limited with one-steps. Regardless of it's being one-step or regular release they have a tendency to use dsd transfer for cutting the lacquer. Sometimes they cut from dsd even if they have the original master tape at hand. After watching the video I clearly understood that "original master recording" stripe only means that they reached the original master tape of the album but that doesn't say whether they use that tape or the dsd transfer of that tape to cut the lacquer.Right now it is not clear if one-steps or UHQRs which have the “Original Master Recording” are or are not AAA. We know (from the video) only that LPs with the “Original Master Recording” stripe and which are not one-steps or UHQRs are AAA.
