Both Canada and the U.S. will be celebrating birthdays only a few days apart, and I wanted to extend my best wishes to all members from both nations on these days of celebration. I hope you and your family, friends and acquaintances can get together to enjoy some of the festivities that neighbourhoods, cities, towns and governments have spent months preparing for.
