Ifi Zen Dac V2 vs Topping DX3 Pro+

Hello everyone!
I have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro (250Ohm) and in search of a good Dac/amp or a Dac + Amp Combo with a maximum budget of around 200€.
From what I found the Topping DX3 Pro + and Ifi Zen Dac V2 are the best choices, but now which one should i choose, and why?
If you have other advices, feel free to tell, since I'm new to the HiFi World.

I finished buying both the Ifi Zen Dac V2 and the Topping DX3 Pro, but I can't find any differences while listening to music, so I don't know what to do, any advice?

Actually, i returned both
I couldn't hear any difference, and i understood that spending 200€ was a little bit too much.
Now I'm trying to get a secondhand/used Ifi Zen Dac V2 for 100€, because I really enjoyed the truebass function and as i said i didn't hear any difference with the topping (maybe the topping has more power but i won't ever use it.)
I think this would be a great deal but everyone is selling the V1 and no one the V2.
In addition i thought to change the headphones from the 990 Pro to something else (always open back), but still don't know what

What are the differences between it and the zen dac V2?
The XBass function is the same as the Truebass of the zen dac V2?
I'm from Italy.

There are a few differences. I hope this graphic will explain them well.

XBass function runs on a very similar engine as the Truebass but is slightly different.

You could go to one of the stores selling iFi products in Italy and give it a try.
