Ding, I feel bad for what happened to you, considering you had 2 visitors with you and flagged so far from home. Reminds me of those Robocop movies where cops do not hear any reasonable pleadings for first time offenders who did not really meant to commit offenses. And reading other members' stories are also sad to hear. If there's a top 3 phobias I have, these road/cop cases is one of them. That's also one reason I try not to drive alone at night over here. I'm glad you've vented and I know there will be lessons learned from this. I smell the duck and see the duck too.
