Kuzma 4Point - which tonearm wire?

I went with Richard’s silver litz. Most of the wiring in my system is silver litz (Audio Note UK or old Audio Note Japan) so I thought that would be a good fit. I am very pleased with the arm, both sound quality and ergonomics.
same as I chose.....but like the idea of getting rid of the DIN and the "cable mafia"
my Bokrand Sonoros is same but not replacable headshell like Richard or even my Harmony arm from Eugene Komissarow; Belgium

Of course, the downside of the flexibility of using different tonearm cables is you have to try different cables to find the best sound. Right now I am in cable hell with a bunch of tonearm cables to choose from, and they all sound quite different.

interesting....my FR64S is with Richard now and I´m settling on last details like rca and wire
which wire did you choose?
I´m going for "the package": refurb, Abec9, continuous wiring and 12" conversion

why? 2 solderpoints and you need some shrink tube around wire where grubscrew locks wire in position
I went with the whole package as well, silver Litz and WBT 0102 Ag.
With regards to Duelund connectors, ground wire needs to be soldered to the body of the connector, which is cumbersome to do.
I find WBT and ETI much easier to work with

That’s funny. Richard returned my FR-64S just a few weeks ago. I opted for the new bearings and silver internal wiring but I kept the DIN connector. One of my reasons for not going with the full length of wiring was that it uses WBT Ag connectors. I have several sets of those connectors which I have used on many DIY cables and I have yet to find a cable where I liked them best. Too lean and too bright. Maybe Richard’s silver wiring would be the exception; I guess I’ll never know. In any event, I liked the tuning flexibility of being able to use different tonearm wires.
Thats what I was afraid of, but Richard insisted and I’m glad he did-there is no hint of brightness whatsoever. I’ve never had neither silver wire, nor connectors in my system before and was pleasantly surprised with Richard’s.

A couple of years ago, I terminated my DIY Audio Consulting cryogenic silver interconnect with ETI silver plugs. The result was unsatisfactory. So, upon a recommendation from the local audiophile community, I replaced them with Furutech CF-102 RCA plugs, and the cable started to sound great.

I still hate anything Rhodium -especially from Furutech- but this plug must have something very different. I also use a lower version of the Furutech CF-102 with my DIY Belden 8402 interconnects.

I’m not convinced that Rhodium or any plated Furutech product can be good. In my opinion, it’s impossible -but I haven’t tried to find a better alternative. I’m sure one exists.
@mtemur you seem to say in para 1 that the cf-102 rca sounded good. then in para 3 you say opposite? perhaps i have wrong end of stick but cf-102 have rhodium in them no?

in any case, having installed cf-102 ncf plugs into safir tonearm wire, as well as between SUT and RIAA, i have reached another level of performance. the dynamics are shocking thru my JBL 4367. great detail but alot more. i don't feel it is bright. bass is definitely cleaned up alot compared to the KLEI Abs Harmony. it is hard for me to describe but thru the KLEI the music was cartoonish/simplified. with the furutech rca resolution is up many times over the KLEI.

i have previously purchased furutech stuff and been unhappy with a crumbly granulated weak sound. not this time. these rca plugs have allowed my system to really improve markedly.

but i don't think a single person on this safir thread has told me what rca plugs came with their safir tonearm have they? did we all start with KLEI absolute harmony?

Yes, they (Furutech CF-102 rca plugs) do have rhodium plating. My prior post is in line with yours below.
