Love taking pics of the gear

my selfish advice is to demo the Muon Pro (30 day guarantee) with and without the SmoothLan and let us know what you think. That would save me the effort. :) The Muon Pro is a very effective passive device that removes noise without (to my ears) affecting the listening perspective (moving the listener closer or further from the performance).
I think that's what i will do. I'm actually running two SmoothLans. One coming from the wall ethernet plug into the LHY switch. Then the other SmoothLan from the LHY switch to the Auralic Aries S1.
Adding the second one (from the wall to the switch) made less of an impact compared to the first, but it made a subtle positive difference.
