Wow. Looks amazing.... And congrats @Lukasz "Lampizator" Fikus and Destination Audio!!

Wait what now?! I’d have an easier time cracking the block chain than understanding the Lampizator product strategy/gamma.

From what I understand Lukasz is very good friends and a countryman with Sam (Destination Audio). I doubt very much he would be designing something which puts himself in competition with him self

I am sure you are right, but I just don’t get it since it’s a tube DAC after all. Anyway, if it’s for helping out a buddy, more power to him.

Whenever I see something made by Destination Audio, I can't help but think of Arthur C Clarke's description of the structures in the alien cylinder in Rendevous With Rama.

Here is a good explanation with Lukas Fikus
And Destination Audio DAC.

Quoted from Lampizator dac tube rollers group

„It is not LampizatOr DAC, but fussion concept created by two mighty minds, so it can't be simply compared to LampizatOr range, as they do not share the same technological principles, but I get the feeling what you are asking for.

The answer for now is: I don't know, I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet.

What I can tell you though is that. I love LampizatOr DACs and I love Destination Audio amplification, so I can only expect that the fussion of the two is going to be a real Cracker.

Price wise, it will be revealed officially by the Creators of the product at its Show launch. You have to be patient another few days yet, then”

„Nothing will happen. One have nothing to do with another. The Horizon is the LampizatOr product which will stay in the offer as long as numbers last, then there will be the Horizon 360 only, after. Destination Audio Dac, is the DA product for which LF designed the digital part. This is the fussion, not a collision. Hope that helps”

It is not at all uncommon for designers (especially within the same country) to collaborate in order to get products that either operate at a different price point or fill needs of a particular niche.
The digital engine in Allnic DACs for example, is designed by Waversa (both are South Korean companies).
At the lower end of the spectrum, Lampizator have also previously collaborated with the also Polish company, Fezz Audio, for their DAC: https://fezzaudio.com/en/produkt/gratia-mm-mc-kopia-kopia-3/
All cool, in my book...:)

Wasn't aware of this in general, but yes, absolutely cool in my book too.

Any actual design specifics other than an increased number of transformers (the Arthur C Clarke reference was funny....bueno)? I have an early Destination dac (thanks Art) and it's good. I know the boards are different....dual mono, etc.
