I have to admit that I enjoyed the original Mad Max films (with Mel Gibson-before he was an a$$hole) starting in 1979. Thankfully Gibson isn't in this one which looks very similar to the original from 1979

Thanks Steve. This one reminds me of the second film. The first one, if I recall, was about Mel losing his wife and son and it was of a much smaller scale. The second one was a great action flick, IMO. This promises to be the same.

Wow that seems excellent! Huge fan of the original and this one seems like the same theme but on steroids.

The only miss for me is the lack of Australian accent . Loved the skinny guy with his Gyrocopter and the other toothless creatures .

Yep, Bruce Spence. And looking at the trailer (and given it's George Miller), it renders all other action movies of 2015 basically irrelevant IMO.
