Mass order of KR242 from KR Audio

No idea as actually i asked for @Thundersnow pair(s) and stock was 0 - so he ended empty hands

Now I feel guilty for already receiving a pair (that must be due to proximity of my home to Lampi HQ).
Let's hope next batch will cover all those that requested to get it.
Again - I think really good news is that it is in production again.

I would assume so. As written earlier in this thread - please approach Lampi HQ directly.
The mass order was redirected so that it is entirely handled via Lampi. I am just a happy customer of Lampi and that is all.

Allnic makes a 242. They are spectacular in my h8000. They started making them because the KR's are so hard to source.

Is this Allnic Audio? I don't see a link to any tubes.

You've got to contact John at Kevalin audio. He is the importer for Allnic in that US. I contacted him yesterday as I need a pair for my phono. So far no response which doesn't boad well. I'm gonna text today.

Allnic offers factory direct tube sales worldwide. They have 3A, rs242 and HL2 in stock. They are solid performers. No microphonics. I believe a 2 year warranty for the original owner, but you need to confirm with TH Park.

My understanding (I am not speaking here on behalf of Lampi) is that c.a. 25-30 pairs were received in the first batch and all pairs have been distributed. More will be coming soon.

I still use 242's, I just have too many of them as I bought backups of backups, and I am feeding two Lampi DHT DAC's. I just over-bought.

I also roll in PT14's with custom adapters. So, PT14's and 242's.
