Has anybody else had a chance to listen to the new Melco?

I heard one yesterday, I currently own an HA-N1Zs and heard this in comparison against the Melco N10, it wasn't suble, the N10 sounded harsh in comparison.
Its at Melco dealers in the UK now, they are allowed to dem and sell them but not currently allowed to Publicise??
Not sure on the new look, like my N1Z minimilist styling

This is a late reply, perhaps you are not interested anymore, but as a reference... I have the N10 connected to a Mutec Ref 10 120SE, which also feeds a SOtM network switch. The local dealer wanted me to upgrade to the N1, even though he sold me the N10 a few months before. He gave up after he heard the N10+ Mutec clock combo. You may as well stay put if you have an N10 and a clock.

You can't connect an external clock to the N10, it's only the new n1 that has a clock connection.

As said you can't re clock a melco N10 directly, and you certainly aren't doing that as you have stated above.
You could exactly the same with the new melco n1, and the only way to compare them, like for like.

Of course, you cannot reclock an N10 directly. Why do you sound like you are arguing?

I just shared MY practical experience: (N10 + DDC + Mutec Clock) > N1 alone. (N10+ DDC + Mutec Clock ) is indistinguishable from the N1 + clock, for about 6K less. It could be useful for someone in the future. Are you a Melco dealer? :D

It's just that reading your first post, some might thing you can add a clock to the N10 directly, as you state ". I have the N10 connected to a Mutec Ref 10 120SE, which also feeds a SOtM network switch." And obviously you don't.
