I am having a dilema, I like to purchase tranzistor amps to give my huge tube monoblocks SE-833 occasional break especialy in the summertime . I realy liked Moon 860a but I am looking for something cheaper so I found Moon monoblocks 400m or W8. Can anyone give me a advice which amp would be better. I have very sensitive speakers Tannoy Westminster Royal, but they are power hungry anyway. or any other suggestions in used market, price should not exceed 5000$.

Benchmark AHB2 stereo amp would by high on my list for your speakers. $3k new.
Sim audio Moon make fine products.
