Why not upgrade it to Diamond status? If I understand MSBs policy correctly you pay for the difference in MSRP, so the value of this unit if you upgrade is higher than $13,000.

In the EU it is not as easy. Diamond DACs (modules) cost a little fortune, and what you save on upgrade you will most likely lose on resale down the road anyway.

Crazy, Upgrading from signature to diamond status should set you back $11,500. Thrown in $10K for the Galaxy clock and you're out $21,500.

Buying the new Diamond + Galaxy will set you back $43,000. If you get $13,000 for the signature you are $30,000 out of pocket. You're losing $8,500 on this transaction. Check with MSB and see if they will throw your friend a bone.

I'm pretty sure you will be able to get at least half of that back on resale. Besides, having recently thrown $150+k for a complete set of Siltech cables, I'm not really sure he cares that much ...

Femto clock the 140 or Galaxy as well?
Looks like you mean Femto 140, and for the price I am assuming it is not currently installed but needs purchasing from distributor (still a bit cheaper than at what dealer sells I appreciate).
