For a long time I skipped breakfast. I thought it was a good way to maintain weight. But the word is break fast. That os what you meed to do when you wake.
Grazing is the way to go. 16 hours without food is bound to make you hypoglycemic. A glass of juice ,cup of yogurt, or piece of fruit will do the trick

Dr. Berg’s one of my favorites on YouTube. While at times he over simplifies complex concepts, he makes vital information accessible to the masses. Here’s a good primer:

I knew I was in trouble when this moron said there was a difference between table salt and sea salt. I should have seen Dr. Berg's products coming. Modern update on the snake oil salesman. If this guy went to med school, I'd be shocked. He's a charlatan and quite ignorant about the things of which he speaks.

Wow, strong words. Sorry to add to off-topic postings, but please do share more of your skeptical observations on Dr. Berg, especially on his more egregious or outlandish claims, as I’m open minded about learning the truth.
