I ordered PACHANCKO SATA cable about 2.5 weeks ago because I was told it is in stock and ready to ship. I was told that it has been shipped and I'd get a shipping update with tracking information. No update since then. NOTHING. I understand delay. But promising something has already happened and not backing it up with facts - is disappointing and not a good business practice frankly.
The service level initially offered by Chan was good, however around the end of July 2017, Chan's attention to detail and lservice levels waned. As an example, the last order I placed took more than 120 days to arrive. During the extensive delay, I regularly emailed Chan to find out why my order had not arrived. I found his excuses incredulous.
Pachanko Labs owner Chan King has been in arrears and has not taken any positive action to solve the problem, this man lack of integrity. So I have no choice but to sell these new finished linear power supplies in order to minimize the loss.
I am also a customer of Pachanko, I recently ordered Masterpiece server and have to wait longer because of the recent huricane which demolished part of Reunion Island. Let us hope he will recover soon and will be ready to do busines again and satisfy his customers with extremely good streaming servers. Frankly ,I would not know which brand I should replace it with, the performance of his serveres are incredible and on par with brand like Taiko but for a lot less money, I am not joking.
Pachanko Labs, which is a brand of mr. Chan's business Next Step Computing Solutions is in trouble.
The hurricane story and its effect on businesses may be true, but it is now used as a very bad and misleading excuse, resulting in all sorts of problems and unsatisfied customers typical of businesses in trouble.
I wouldn't place my bets and trust in Pachanko any longer. Don't believe me ?
There's enough evidence around that his business is not going well. From the link (under the header BODACC Announcements) you can conclude (and refer to a further document) that his business is subject to a legal restructuring procedure, which might lead to a bankruptcy in the end, if there's not enough money. We'll see.
I found the writing was already on the wall when UK dealer VAL HiFi scrapped the Pachanko products webpage some 2 months ago if I'm correct.
We'll see if this business and brand will continue to exist, and if not ... so much for support and updates, or your money...
