I've seen a few games with Ben Simmons and I really wonder how he got his Superstar statusDidn't know Ben Simmons is back in action. The C's kept doing a hack-a-Simmons till the coach of the Nets took him out.
All he does is carry the ball forward and passes the ball, he almost never penetrates or shoots himself what makes him very predictable

well things in the EC are shaking out as Doc once again loses to the Miami Heat and the Bucks ware now 7.5 games out. Should the Bucks implode. this season, management has no one to blame but themselves
I was also surprised to see the Sixers in 5th , now 9.5 games out. Indiana is now in 6th ..It's the Cavs though who have risen to the top ....but the season still has a ways to go and anything is possible

Lakers beat the lowly Pistons last night and have a back to back tonight at Utah which they also should win.Lakers remain in 9th spot and unless they pull off miracles they again will be lucky to reach the play in round where again they will become spoilers.I just cannot see them repeating what they did last year.

My guess is LeBron wasn't trying to get himself traded with the hour glass tweet. It more about pressuring Pelinka than anything else. A more likely scenario to me is LeBron would have waited for this season to end and then opt out, if he wasn't happy with Pelinka. Or, he could opt in, and tell Pelinka to make a trade with whichever team that drafts Bronny.

"IF" Pelinka would be so stupid to draft Bronny so that we have the first father-son duo in the NBA this would be the undoing of the Lakers as they make more trades to hope for a winner. It just ain't going to happen. Too me his boasting about paying with his son is nothing but show as it will also become a dismal failure.

But the Celtics keep winning and tonight they destroyed the Nets and the Cavs win again , so interesting top 2 in the EC. Donovan Mitchell has reinvigorated the Cavs and I'd like to see him get a chance this year but Celtics just seem too formidable
