Yes. And they cannot undo it.

I don't recognize any of the Grizzlies players now. It's like losing to a bunch of G League players. Giannis and Lillard are both scoring well though.

That's the problem with the win now mentality of teams. Win now or bust now. Lakers had 2 such teams. One with Shaq, Kobe, and Karl Malone add another with Dwight Howard, Kobe and Nash. Championships are played, not designed.

That second version of the Lakers was an absolute bust ....Nash and his back who refused to retire so that he would continue to get paid and Dwight was a bust.

Its all about talent as well as the right chemistry

That's probably the understatement of this NBA season. He failed in his last few coaching positions and was even worse in his short gig with ESPN. And now he comes in at midseason to replace a coach with a winning record and who was in 2nd place when he was fired. Why were they thinking
