New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

I saw that. They did the same last week with Quinn Cooke
Its painful to watch Mike

Happy Easter to you all

I’m hoping the Lakers make the playoffs if even the “play in“ this year

one has to wonder the severity of both injuries as AD was to have been back by now

Lebron.....Im betting 6-8 weeks before we see him and I continue to have Deja Vu re KD. Same injury

Happy Easter to all, too.

Clippers won this game 104-86 but with so many injured players on both sides it doesn't tell us much. Plus the Clips had both Kawhi and PG on the court while LeBron and AD were both out for the Lakers.

The injured Serge Ibaka put on quite the fashion show near the Clippers bench today. Wasn't aware he was among the NBA's fashion avant garde.

Celtics at around the 8th place so they may need a play-in too. :D

Fournier the sniper has finally made his presence felt in the last 2 games, for easy Celtics wins. Ainge apparently has managed the 'company' well, to have them under the luxury tax and still be the running for the playoffs. Got a 3 pt shooter for 2 second round picks. No wonder the owners haven't fired him. :D

ESPN fired Paul Pierce today after he apparently had strippers on camera in video shown on Instagram.

Sounds like he didn't want to continue that gig.....or something like that.

Great player, not so good as an analyst in my opinion.

I was just about to mention that. I saw the video yesterday, I think he may be drunk or something, but clearly he was having a good time, with a girl rubbing his back like those mafia don movies. :D

I was sure he was going to be fired, like, how can he face Rachel Nichols on the next show? :D

And yes, he's not that great an analyst. And Perk is worse, but ESPN somehow likes him.

You are absolutely correct. Kendrick Perkins is not very good.....and he likes to bad mouth the Clippers so not my favorite at all. ;)

Clippers play tonight vs Portland.

Serge Ibaka out again but Pat Bev elevated to questionable for LAC

Jusuf Nurkic is out for the Blazers but his backup is the capable Enos Kantor.

Portland is surging lately so should be a good game at Staples

The silence from Lakers management re the injuries to AD and LeBron concern me as I worry they are more severe than expected. AD has missed 22 games and I am betting Lebron will miss as many or even more

AD was to have returned after the All Star break but such was not the case and they are mum on LeBron. At his age he doesn't recover as quickly and my fear is that this injury can adversely affect the remainder of his career

Pretty close to that though...except Paul Pierce created his own facility.

.....and now you know why Lou is in Atlanta and not LA. Clippers said nice things about Lou on his way out the door but I don't beleive they were sorry to see him go. Same goes for Montrezl.....no tears when he signed with the Lakers. In my mind they both deserved the boot.

Not that I'm bitter. ;)

Harrell deserved the boot from Clipps???
Yes. He missed a month in the bubble due to the death of his grandmother.

I'm sympathetic to anyone mourning the loss of someone close but taking a month away when your team is in the playoffs?

Typical leave in the business world for a funeral for a close relative is 3 days. I would have understood a week, maybe even 10 days, but 30 days at a critical juncture was too much.

It isn't like the guy didn't have the resources to arrange for other support for his family.
