We had guests for the game, most of whom were not big NBA fans. With ribs on the grill, drink orders and chit chat, I missed too much of the game.
As a result, I didn't realize what a big game Draymond Green had until just now - 32 points, 15 rebounds and 9 assists.
Guess the Cavs focused their D on Steph and Klay. Thought for a moment I should reconsider some of my earlier comments about Draymond.....Nope, couldn't do it.
My wife thinks I am anti-social but I prefer to watch big sporting events without socializing. Miss too much of the game with other folks around, especially if they aren't fans of the game.

GSW looked pretty rattled late game -- hurried, poor execution on offense. They didn't do what Kerr referred between Qs 3/4 about trusting the offense and teammates.
They shot so much better against OKC than Cle -- unconscious really late in OKC games -- and am not sure the Cavs defense was really that much better. Live and die by the three, and this series they died by it.

No doubt the the take downs, step overs, and trash talk were of signs of WWE seeping into the NBA.
And in the WWE, the refs always PRETEND not to see any fouls or violations TOO.
So if the refs won't call no fouls, just keep poundin' and slammin' till you 'win'.

D'Andre Jordan, Clippers big man, just made the Olympics team. Congrats to him.
Hopefully the Olympic coaches can help DJ work on his free throws.
By the way, loved the Operation medical graphic for Derrick Rose. I also hope he can stay healthy. The toughest thing for Rose with the Knicks will be sharing the ball with Melo.

A few years ago, Melo could have joined Rose in Chicago. Now it's Rose joining Melo. It will have the same ending as any Melo based team.
I think he did the right thing leaving Cleveland. I can only wonder why he stayed as long as he did. Kobe and MJ would not have stayed there rhat long. when they stay there that long
It was not LeBrons fault that his team was incompetent in putting together a championship team.
It was a mistake to go back to Cleveland. He wouldn't have done it if his wife had not made him. His only mistake was not having a PR firm . The great thing was LeBron finally showed some nastiness in games 5-7.

I agree. I hope Turner continues the trajectory of his development. If he continues to get stronger physically and improve his court awareness he should be a humdinger by the later part the next season and a real force in two to three years. I still think the Pacers need one more good defensive wing to get to the next level. PG13 needs to get his defensive load lightened. It's too much to expect your top scorer to be guarding the opposing teams' top scorers for an entire season.

Pacers trade picks for combo forward Thaddeus Young. That should help with rebounding but questions remain regarding perimeter defense and post defense on big 4s.
The Lakers are suffering from the loss of Kobe. More imporrantly a son is desperate to prove he can build a team from the ground. His sister appears inclinded to indulge him.
