Wondering if anyone has an impression of the newly released Von Schweikert VR 30? The active version is on a short list of speakers I am considering, and I would welcome any opinions or impressions from members who have had a chance to hear it at a show or audition it in a showroom. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I’ve only heard it at shows. At the recent AXPONA I was very pleased with what I heard. If you know the sound and presentation characteristics of VSA speakers, the VR.thirty falls right in line with everything you’d hope for at that price point.
