My first impression is that it's likely no coincidence the Wadax Ref is pitched at MSB Select 3 box ballpark price.

You really need to post a high price to get attention from the analog devices
Ked now I finally get what you mean when you say ‘pimped up’.

That’s a helluva lot of euros for a boombox btw

I love the quote for 50,000 hours spent on development. I would love to listen to music for several hours everyday as part of my job.

Marc, I’ve already filled out my reincarnation breakfast menu and I ticked muso as my next gig.

Well, if in that price bracket, I would pitch the Aries Cerat Kassandra Limited Edition. A 120 kilo assault on digital. It is actually quite a bit cheaper than the 3 box DACs we are discussing here.

That's rather obvious.

Weight-wise too. The Select 3-box is around 150lbs totally.

There will be a Roy Gregory report....
I heard that Roy will write a Audioexotics HK Visit report and post it on Audio Beat.

He visited all the 4 showrooms of Audioexotics in Hong Kong and also home of an Audioexotics customer.

Audioexotics arranged the debut of Wadax Ref DAC at their Divin Lab on the day when Roy was present.

Really the aesthetic does not excite me, however I can only imagine how that beast should sound, after the magnificent sound I heard from the little Arcadia.

If Javier dare to mark such an astronomical price, and is willing to let Roy listen to it, the sonic performance of the Wadax Ref DAC shouldn't be bad.

Of course that's my point. Probably in a short time I can hear it here in Spain, in Sound Sevilla.

My first thought? I hope those bright blue lights can be dimmed. I had a Hovland HP200 pre in 2005 that I had to mask a similar light on the fascia.
I'm sure you are a potential costumer, so that important factor will be considered.....joking.....
Please, be a little serious..... if you are spiritofmusic don´t talk like superficialofmusic.....:)
