I live in Australia and recently my mid-bass unit in Magico Mini 11 blew. Dealing with Magico in USA has been an absolute pleasure in my endeavour to get the speaker fixed. Responsive, polite and informative. I have no commercial ties with the company and this is a genuine note of appreciation. Life does not generally operate like this in Australia where it can be painstaking and pedestrian to get outlets to respond so big tick to Magico, Peter Mackay and their product support!! I would move move to the USA tomorrow were it not for our coffee, croissants and sun soaked beaches!!!

I fully echo your post. When I recently had a problem with my Magico S3's both Magico and my dealer, Pearl Audio in Portland, Oregon, were all very, very helpful and went out of their way to help me. Much, much appreciated. 10 out of 10. Everything is now fully repaired and back in place, better than ever.

I also echo. My Magico dealer in Singapore (Simon) was incredibly helpful in collecting my speaker, arranging delivery of a replacement S3 MK2 bass driver from Magico US to Singapore, and installing the driver into the speaker at his shop and delivering the speaker to my home. (PS - amazingly, the driver was eaten by my dog, along with some cables.)
