PS Audio FR 30 competition

Who has compared this speaker to much more expensive brands, eg Wilson Sasha and on up, Vandersteen 7, etc? The midrange is rated top notch - the speed of electrostatics with the dynamics of a cone. The speed and dynamics of the FR 30 woofers are supposed to be commensurate with the upper drivers as well. Please don’t tell me to go listen for myself. That’s not easily done.

Go to axpona in April. You will hear more speakers than you can imagine. Not in familiar systems but you can get an idea and seek out a dealer and go for more extensive listening.
