If you're not familiar with Robert A. Harris, he's a respected film historian, archivist and preservationist who specializes in restoring films for release on DVD and now Blu-Ray. He has restored and reconstructed a number of classic films including Lawrence of Arabia (in 1989), Spartacus (1991), My Fair Lady (1994), Vertigo (1996) Rear Window (1998), as well as The Godfather and The Godfather Part II (2008).
In my opinion, the on-line world is very lucky to have his "A Few Words About" column available on the internet.
