I found Estelon with MSB amplifiers and MSB digital to sound dry and a bit clinical. I'm pretty sure it was not the DAC.
I agree with Ron’s assessment of the Estelon room. As for me the best of show was the Zellaton room with the upstairs VS room a close second. It

I'm thinking NAD M33 or M66. That could double as my DAC/streamer. Think that's sufficient?

So it's NAD M33/M66, Coda no 8 V1, and Rosso Fiorentino Volterra. Alternatively, I could step up to Estelon XB Diamond MKII or something, but yeah... That's where I'm at now.
I think you should make a list and if at all possible audition the components on your list.
If you can get in home auditions all the better. If not make sure you are working with a dealer that has a generous return policy.
NAD is fine equipment and I own a few of their components and have been pleased with the performance to value ratio.
