Supatrac Nighthawk Tonearm

Hi M, thanks for your order! Your payment was received six days ago - I've just sent a confirmation email. With Summer here now the orders list has been growing again and I'm battling through a daunting list of actions every day - hence our slow response. Thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
Richard

It is nice to see quick response and solution from manufacturers to the customer complaints.

I hope people can understand that a third-party high-end tone-arm startup these days is not in a position to hire ten staff, let alone twenty, so I and the few that I can persuade to help me in this mad quest have to wear many hats and it can be tricky managing the random switches from one imperative to another. I thank my customers for their patience in this age of instant gratification!

About 20 years ago I needed service on my then Graham 2.0 tonearm, and since I lived about 20 minutes from Graham Engineering I drove it over to drop it off. I was expecting to see Bob with a dozen minions all making tonearms and to my surprise it was Bob and his daughters. Can confirm the operations are indeed small.
