Well clearly you are mistaken as I have 4 of the SDFB in my system, and I was an early adopter of these devices.
Enjoy.
Yes, I mixed up this thread and your comments on Holostages.

Good afternoon everyone. Yesterday, I finally got everything in. SDFB MAX (rated at 32 amps), Graphine Sluggo and Snake River Audio Takshaka's on both sides of the SDFB (PC and Pig Tail). Initial impressions are incredible. Very impressed so far. I'll hold off on any further comments about the sound until I get a hundred or so hours. This is gonna be fun! I had an absolute blast listening last night.

This is what I find so rewarding in our hobby. We can make a inexpensive (relatively) purchase to modify our system and get rewarded with hours and hours of listening to our library with new found transparency, dynamics and emotional involvement. And many times these modifications can reveal the music we know so well as if we are hearing it for the first time. Hopefully Tom will experience this with his SDFB/SRA PC investment. I, for example, have recently experienced this with my SDFB's, Holostages, LPS's (for switch and router), optical/SFP's and DAC cable(s). Each of these individually were (what I consider) to be inexpensive and have provided a significant ROI in sound quality.Good afternoon everyone. Yesterday, I finally got everything in. No, these are fake and of rather poor quality. The pins of the connectors are easy bendable for example. Better to work with adapters. Can anyone comment if the Furutech plugs on the Piggy Tail are genuine Furutech?
When I search online, the FI-50 plugs are mega expensive.
Yes, I also noticed that the pins bend easily. No, these are fake and of rather poor quality. The pin of the connectors are easy bendable for example. Better to work with adapters.
Not surprised that these are counterfeit. No, these are fake and of rather poor quality. The pins of the connectors are easy bendable for example. Better to work with adapters.
I think he knows. I believe in second chances, he has some baggage. And I have purchased their products also.My experience with this company suggests that they may themselves not know what they are selling is not genuine. Does Vera-fi advertise that these are Furutech plugs? M. Shifter has never given any reason other that to believe he does business honestly and honorably. I would contact Vera-fi with your complaint if you believe something is misrepresented.
Thanks so much - I cannot wait for everyone to hear thisThanks for clarifying, Mark. I look forward to trying one out.
