Just curious how this amplifier sounds. I have gone through the TAD threads and not much talk about this piece. Anyone familiar with the sound of this amp? TIA!

I'm currently using 2 M1000 in bi-amping configuration (I also have one M2500 for another setup)
IMHO they are great sounding power amps. Class D but in an unusual configuration. Enough power to drive many speakers (250W 8? / 500W 4?). I find TAD M1000 producing a very analogue sounding, beautiful highs and midranges associated to fast, strong and tight bass. Very easy / convenient to bridge for any bi-amping configuration. A good choice when space is an issue (the M700 is way too big for me) and a perfect match for TAD speakers... As input gain is quite high @29,5db, preamp matching is also something to explore before purchasing. XLR is preferred for TAD.

The M2500 sounds a bit "fuller" than the M1000 but with the same DNA.
