Any WBF folks attending? Looks to be massive with 300 exhibitors and two hotels this year. I will be there all day Sunday when the crowd is much easier and the rooms sound better. I'm the Cali wheelchair audiophile, so won't be hard to spot.
If there is anyone who wants to meet up at some point to hear or chat about some rooms, shoot me a PM. Would be great to meet some new folks.
I'll be there on Friday. Should have a BIG turnout and be packed. Since I'm with the San Diego Music and Audio Guild, I probably will be in and out of their room if anyone wants to meet. PM me and we can set a time.
Here (roll call response), just look for the (dork) (geek) (cool looking guy) with the pistol grip mini camcorder. If someone says "quiet on the set"... it's me, -or- Zach, Terry or the newbie geek trainee Scot, AKA "part time audiophile." Please wear clean shirts and brush your teeth after lunch... you never know when a star will be born!
Unfortunately the count of 300+ exhibitors is a bit misleading.
Some exhibitors have many product lines in their rooms and each line is listed as if it were an exhibitor.
Still should be a great show with lots of perks and variety.

Myles, as usual, you are correct, but 60 does not equal 300 and is a long way from it.
Still, Bob is a great, enthusiastic, dedicated guy and has done wonderful things, including this show.
I will be there and hope we run across each other to compare experiences and thoughts.

ill be at the bar resting my feet, maybe next to richard vandersteen (again) or some other hapless audio luminary. for you out of towners, you have to leave the airport area for the best dining. take macarthur all the way to pacific coast hwy and then so. towards laguna beach. some alright restaurants at fashion island. closer in you have some options a few miles north near south coast plaza/bristol ave. in costa mesa.
for car lovers you have to hit cars & coffee saturaday morning at the irvine spectrum. its a 10 min drive south of the show down the 405 exit irvine center drive at the MAzda building. its the orginal and brings out the most exotic to the pedestrian (mostly cool cars). its totaly free and you'll have to get there by 6:30-7 AM to take it all in, cars start to leave after 8.
