Vinyl shopping in Tokyo

Osaka is pretty great for vinyl too. Prices were not 'low' but quality is on another level versus used records stateside imo.

The Japanese obsession with cleanliness seems to extend to their records too. All of the records I've bought in Japan are in at least vg+++ condition, with most looking like they are brand new.

Tower Vinyl, Shinjuku and Recofan, Shibuya are good for tourist. They provide sale tax refund, while others like Disc Union and HMV don't.

That is 10% difference.

Me, too. When Sound Burger was marketed in the US they called it Mister Disc. I got mine years ago. Still works well. Some record shops didn't let me use it. It was better than the TT's that they had in the stores. LaRRY
