After being married for almost 50 years (Sep), I just have this to say to that option, oh, hell no!

Not so fast. Top of chair should be no higher than shoulder length ;)
You neglect to notice that after this 8 hour listening session, the person in question is slumping/sliding down in his chair. If he was sitting upright, the chair back would not be higher than his shoulders, thereby making him an audiophile in good standing. One must always check the minutiae of these cartoons ;)
