Worst Movie of All Time?

How did Birdman win the Oscar? How did it even get made?

The English Patient - which somehow won Best Picture
Well deserved Oscar. IIRC she won the Oscar for Best Actress. I loved the film

Perfect storm
I love Mr Nespresso but that movie was just aweful

A Return to Salem's Lot

Birdman’s claim to fame was that it was shot with hand held cameras following the actors around
Too bad the cameraman didn't drop and break the camera in the first few seconds.

I can see the 'bad movie' opinions have about as much consensus as the audio opinions.

How can anybody forget "The Human Centipede", or, even worse, "Love Story".

St. Elmo's Fire

I could name several movies with "Brat Pack" actors in them among my guilty pleasures, but this self-indulgent, precious piece of ca-ca is damn near unwatchable. I really hated it.

Of course, some bad movies are Natural Bad, some you can pinpoint how bad they are, some come out bad from a black background, some are resolutely bad, some are just bad beyond tweaking.

That brings another one to my mind:
Pitch Black

MANOS: THE HANDS OF FATE

NOT EVEN MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATRE 3000 COULD SAVE THIS FILM

Waterworld (1995). Mel Gibson went to another “Mad Max” themed genre, but this time on the open water. It was absolutely ridiculous, and even included a preposterous reference to the Exxon Valdez at the ending. Absurd (IMHO)!

Mel?

Mel Gibson. Economizing on words. Pardon. I will update my previous post.
