Okay - that sounds interesting. Are you going to build and design it partly by yourself. This Arduino, I can’t say I have heard of it/them before… but if you are involved, I’m sure it’s top notch..LOL.. !!
With arduino you can controll every dc motor, but studer /revox is a ac motor.you need a second controllboard that can do higer voltage/current.
I'm out of it. A friend of mine, an electrical engineer who develops microcontrollers, is building it for me. It looks similar to the one in this link.

In the end it will significantly undercut the synchronization error of 0.05% of the Studer controller, I think.
