Well my dear friend in this forum,
at first I have to say, that my journey through the USA in the last summer was a very nice trip.
Steve and I had a very nice meeting at his home. Just the time to talk together was too little.
Thank you Steve.
The other thing, I want you to tell today is, how my story is going on.
In October last year I was on a two-day fair in Krefeld (Germany) Our presenting room was totally full
with interested people the whole two days, although we had problems with the stepper motor.
One guy from Korea asked my about the price of my turntable. I told him 650.000,-- $ and he said:
“well that’s not to much for my boss. Give me a call, when the TT is ready,
and he will come to visit you in Germany, to see how it works. Than perhaps he will buy it”
In the meantime I had two publications in German professional audio journals. One is to reed here
at the bottom of my webpage.

I got a lot of phone calls from China, Japan an most of all from the States. Yes you reed correct.
But there is another important point, what I must tell you today.
You will remember, that I wrote in this forum, that this first TT I developed is only a study for me.
I built it all for myself, just to find out, what technical features are possible.
And now, since the beginning of this year, I’m working on another, second TT.
I’m taking an extract of all the best features and put them together, and realise them in my new TT project.
The result will be a plinth with nearly 50 kg and it will have a heavy platter with nearly 30 kg
This platter will be equipped with magnetic bearing (as my 1. TT)
It will have a vacuum clamping for all sizes of records.
And it will be driven by a Direct-Drive-Motor.
The plinth is able to get equipped with up to four (via remote) height adjustable tone arms.
Or it can be equipped with just two normal tone arms.
And instead of the third and fourth, the plinth can have my new tangential tone arm.
Well, as far as I know, the fact is, that a direct driven platter with a weight of 30 kg did not exist until today.
Am I right??? So my second TT will be the first one. The new motor is not able to buy on the world market,
it is especially developed only for my new TT project.
The new tangential Tone arm will have a small linear motor, that also has been developed just for my TT project.
This tangential tone arm works absolutely smooth and precise and with absolutely no noise.
It is designed very compact, and it can be used also for a lot of other ordinary TTs.
So as you can imagine now, this is a modular construction technique.
You can start just with the DD-Plinth and with one height adjustable tone arm.
Then you can expand up to four electrical height adjustable arms. (all via remote)
Or you can get a new and very best tangential tone arm, that has ever been made.
It’s up to you, how much money you can spend.
Now you want to know how much? I know… I expected that.
Well, I don’t know precisely today... I’m sorry for that.
But maybe the plinth with just one arm base 35 K and than each further arm base 5 k
And now the new tangential arm may cost 25 to 30 K. That’s much less than 650.000 right?
And that all has been born and developed by: working and studying, and working again, and trying out,
and changing technical parts, making them better, try out again…
more than 4 years in nearly 4.000 hrs of time and by spending more than 250.000 $ all alone by myself.
Don’t you think, that this whole work is 650 K worth, or maybe much more?
But I will not sell it anymore, I will keep it as my beauty.
And now the story is going on…
Thanks for reading and thanks for your rapt attention.
Best wishes to all of you, Rainer
P.S. Don't ask me too much and too difficult questions, because my english is a little bad.
I will inform you early enough, when ther are news.
