FWIW, I know the seller of the other pair (Macadamia Brown) very well. He's a great guy as well as an enthusiastic, and frequent, purchaser of audio gear. So I would be willing to give odds that his pair are barely broken in, much less showing any signs of use or wear.

I think most of us know him from another forum ... It seems he is getting a speaker I never heard about - the Lumina 12 Be Statement Dipole.

Oh, they're broken in. I've heard them.

Yup he's actually owned and sold some real "game ending" speakers, some of them after brief periods of use.

Yup - that's me guys. Hey, I love to try different gear - so shoot me.

Alexia's are amazing speakers, but I love to experiment. I will eventually get off the ride one day, but for now I'm having fun.

I really want to move to some point source dipoles to battle some room issues I have. At the same time, these new speakers are very efficient (100db) and will allow me to finally play with some sweet little SET amps and maybe a pair of SIT-1's.
