Several of the European summer 2010 concerts were available on CD's sold right after the concert as well as the 320k MP3 downloads. Interestingly, the CD's may actually be from MP3 mastering? In any case, all sold only in Europe, even the downloads. What's more frustrating is a 24/96 version of Privateering also sold only (by download) in Europe!
