Anybody Buying This Excuse/Reason?

I
Ever ask a real estate agent why the owners are moving from a house? BS at least two thirds of the time.

At least with Real Estate there is more disclosure with Short-sales, Foreclosures and such. You can see from the assessor's website the history of sale prices and appraisals.

I don't really care how he describes his motives, as long as the price is good and the product is described accurately. He could have taken it on trial, his wife caught him, and he agreed to sell it for the dealer because the impulse buy was thwarted. Doubt he came close to paying retail, and he may be fishing for a profit.
agree, if the person buying the amp got a deal, good, other than that who cares

Well Bruce, I'm sure you've heard of 'real' dirty stories regarding some real estate agents, and the 'real' secrets behind many houses that were purchased without revealing their truth. ...They even have special shows on TV about that, to raise awereness in people who are going to buy a new house (young couples in particular). ...Only to find out later on all the water issues, electrical dangers, bad plumbing, cement craking, wood rotting, floors expanding, structures failing, walls infested, foundations melting, etc., etc., etc.
It's a total mess out there in the real estate business.

I'm just not a fan of deception.
