Appointment to Mono and Stereo as Senior Contributing Reviewer

Ron have you decided to plan on extra listening room/s? If you end up with Pendragons in a room you are not going to want to move them very often. You'll probably also want a pair of at least 91db speakers for low-watt reviews. These things come to mind after talking to a reviewer who tries to line up reviews of particular things together that are matches the consumer would be making. Otherwise there isn't a big point to reviewing equipment entirely out of its element; at least for the whole review.

Might I suggest you take a look at Srajan's rooms on 6moons. Not every listening room must be large. It's a thought. To me it seemed worth bringing up because it wouldn't be hard to imagine an array of excellent gear passing through your hands. Besides if you do review something that isn't pinnacle level the people looking at it will be more likely to feature it in a less devout room.

Congratulations, Ron! You really deserve it with your well-written, informative and, importantly, honest reviews!

Great news, Ron! Fantastic and well deserved...i look forward to continuing to read your writing in your professional capacity!!! The review on Mono and Stereo looks absolutely amazing.

Thank you very much Al and Lloyd!

Thank you very much, Marty!

I really enjoyed reading your review of the Pendragon. This was as honest and refreshing a review as I have ever read. None of the usual reviewer mumbo jumbo of how real the timpani sounds in ABCD symphony or the crystalline purity of "female X's" vocals etc etc
Unless I missed it there was no mention of MRSP.
