My son saw it. He said it is not a story with excellent side effects but rather a lengthy 189 minute movie where the story is all based around the special effects. My son is in the movie business. He liked Avatar 1 much better

Sigourney Weaver said that she trained a lot for this and is able to hold her breath under water for about 7 minutes. That is insane and must include hyperventilating with oxygen first.

Agree, took the kids tonight and thought the story formulaic. Effects are great but wear thin two hours in. Kids enjoyed it and really nice to see a full cinema
